Low-Detail STL Prototype Model

I already have a rough design for a small prototype and simply need it turned into a watertight STL that my desktop FDM printer can handle without edits on my end. The part does not require fine textures or intricate engraving—structural accuracy at a low-detail resolution is enough.
Here is what I’m expecting from you:
• Translate my supplied reference (sketch, photo, or existing file) into a single, manifold 3D mesh.
• Verify correct wall thickness, normals, and orientation so the slice software flags zero errors.
• Hand back the finished STL, ready to drop straight into Cura/PrusaSlicer for printing.
If you prefer to work in OBJ or 3MF during modelling, that’s fine, but the final deliverable must be STL. Let me know the software you’ll be using and your typical turnaround time; a quick iteration loop is ideal so we can make sure the prototype prints cleanly on the first try.
