Emboss Logo onto STL Model

I already have the product modeled in STL format and a clean SVG of the company logo. What I need is for that logo to be brought onto the existing mesh as a raised, clearly defined emboss. The final file should come back in the same STL format, perfectly watertight and ready for either further CAD work or direct 3-D printing. Please preserve the model’s original proportions and surface detail—only the logo area should change. If you use Fusion 360, SolidWorks, Blender, or any comparable tool, that’s fine as long as the end result meets the brief: one updated STL with the logo standing proud exactly where we agree it should sit.
