Create Medium PLA Print File

I have a straightforward job: design a clean 3D model that I can drop straight into my slicer and print in PLA.
Key points you should know:
• Finished piece must fall somewhere between 10 cm and 30 cm on its longest side, so please scale accordingly.
• I’ll be printing in standard PLA on an FDM machine with a 0.4 mm nozzle, so keep wall thicknesses and tolerances friendly to that setup and avoid extreme overhangs that would demand elaborate supports.
• Deliver the file in STL (OBJ as a secondary export is welcome) and confirm that it passes an integrity check in a tool like Netfabb or PrusaSlicer’s G-code preview—no non-manifold edges or shell errors.
