window 3d uv blocker

My project is to create a window 3D UV blocker for an office window. I am not looking for any specific dimensions, so a standard size should be fine. The primary purpose of this UV blocker is to reduce the amount of heat coming in through the window. I'm looking for someone to design and install this UV blocker for me.
