3D visualizations of interiors for wood floor manufacturer

I am looking for a graphic designer for long-term cooperation. My client is a manufacturer of wooden floors and he needs to create content every month for his social networks profiles (Facebook and Instagram). Therefore, I need to find someone who would be able to create really photorealistic 3D visualizations of the interiors of rooms of various styles, in which some of my client's wooden floors would always be used. The interior design will be entirely up to you, the client only specifies the style in which the interior should be and which floor he wishes to use. You create a design of furniture, accessories, colors, etc. It is not a problem to use object templates to speed up your work and reduce costs.
If you are interested, send me a sample of several of your 3D visualizations in your offer and write the price for each of them. The decisive factor will be the quality of processing and price, not speed. Payment will be better for us per image than per hour. On the Attachment you can see the minimum required quality of images we need (it need to look like photo, not like 3D).
