3D visualization for a commercial sector

It is a quick in-and-out project, we are looking for a few renders ( stills) for publishing on brochures and advertisement banners. The timeline is very short and we need someone who can creatively add to the visualization based on the reference provided. We are looking for close-to-realistic renders with Indian humans in them.
