3D visualisation- daylight and night renders of pool area

I have got the archicad file of a pool area design and I would like 2-3 excellent quality renders (by doing any neccesary changes and additions in textures, objects etc). I would also like a night render (by adding the neccessary lighting devices etc.). The outcome has to be a lot better than those renders included below. I will provide photos of the surrounding area and the archicad file.
