3d visual for a renovation project of our attic

I am looking to create a 3D visual of our attic renovation project. The level of detail and realism I require is detailed form, without the need for it to be interactive. The final output should be a 2d/3d visual.
I am looking for a freelancer who can turn my vision into reality. The freelancer must have an eye for visualization and be able to create compelling imagery based on a brief description or sketch that I provide. They should be experienced in 3D modeling software and be able to produce renders of a high quality. I am looking for the project to be completed within 2 weeks.
We can provide a technical sketch with all sizes of our 'new attic'. And I would like to visualize a bed and desk in it.
