8 unit condo building deck project

We live in an 8 unit building and the back deck railings and privacy fences have to be re-done to bring them in conformity with the building code. The condo owners have got together and we have ideas and criteria, and are looking for someone with deck experience to provide us with options and designs (scale drawings).
