two-axis slider
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I'm looking for someone to create a two-axis slider with the following specifications. The length needs to be within the range of 1 to 2 meters. The intended use is for something other than photography and cinematography, and the maximum weight supported should be between 5 and 10 kg.
In the sled, a 26mm diameter pipe with a maximum weight of 10 kg should be easily attached and detached.
The structure containing the sled should be lightweight and easily disassembled, made of aluminum profile. Meanwhile, the sled carriage, which moves vertically and horizontally, must be capable of supporting a weight of approximately 10kg and continuous, but not excessive, stress and vibrations, such as those from a drill on concrete.
Consider a tensioner for the two motion chains for the x and z axes.
What I'm requesting is the CAD version of the project in SolidWorks or similar format. The electrical design is not required. An important requirement will be the use of commercially available components from the Amazon website as much as possible.
