U shape Design
Multi stage
Must include all parts for full functions in and out.
Must have cylinder design and multistage mechanism for extensions and retractions
The preferred design must be set up to work in stages of extension priority,
Stage 1 then 2 then 3 then 4 and 5
Retraction must be in the reverse order.
Requires Bill of materials
All Machining parts must be done is solid cam for Turing machine with tool paths and preferred tools
FEA calculations
All parts must be in Solid Works and Solid Cam
3D renders
Truck Chassis used is Kenworth T800
Steel Materials is 960E Chinese steel
Must have manual man basked and attachment
Must have Jib for additional height and attachment
Must provide all files
2D CAD drawings
3D motion Video of pin locking system of the booms
