terrain landscape modelling required - based on Rhino7 3ds model of a rural agri-tourism property

I'm looking for a freelancer to create an advanced raytraced terrain landscape model of a rural agri-tourism property. The detail required is a detailed representation of both terrain and vegetation. I have certain textures and materials I want to be used in the model, although I'm open to other suggestions. The model should optimized for the Rhino7 3ds platform and software.
