3d structure

I am in need of a 3D structure. Specifically, I am looking for an architectural design that will be used for visualization purposes. I do not have any specific software requirements for the 3D modeling. I am looking to work with a freelancer who has experience in creating 3D architectural designs and can guarantee high quality results. The way it is required an image is attached.
