1500 sqft 3D House Model Creation
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I have 2D plans for a 1500 sqft lot with a 2000 sqft house across 3 floors (basement, first, and second floor). I am looking for a Sketchup designer to convert these 2D floor plans into a 3D model. The primary purpose of this model is to test alternative layouts and optimize the use of space.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Create a 3D model based on the existing 2D floor plans.
- The model should accurately depict the layout across three floors.
- I'm specifically looking for an open concept design, where rooms flow into each other.
- The model should be of basic shapes and structures. You don't need to include detailed textures and materials.
- Ability to produce the base model with interior 2d measurements should be provided within 24 hours.
The ideal candidate for this project should have experience in Sketchup and architectural design. Strong communication skills are a plus. Please provide examples of your previous work and a brief overview of your approach to this task. Model should be delivered in Sketchup within 24 hours.
