1300 sqft Commercial Redesign
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
I need an experienced commercial interior designer or architect to rework a 1,300 sq ft space so it functions far better for day-to-day operations.
Scope
• Walk through the existing layout (I’ll provide photos, a simple floor plan, and key measurements).
• Identify pain points that limit flow or productivity.
• Propose a new functional layout with clear zoning, circulation paths, and recommended fixture placement.
• Supply a concise set of drawings: updated floor plan (PDF + DWG), basic reflected ceiling plan, and a short materials/fixtures list to illustrate intent.
• Offer one round of revisions after feedback.
I’m aiming for practical, cost-aware solutions rather than a full luxury overhaul, so focus on smart space-planning ideas that can be executed without structural changes. Familiarity with ADA guidelines, energy-efficient lighting suggestions, or modular furniture systems is a plus.
