I am in need of a professional to create a detailed 3D SketchUp model of a building design for me.
This is a large building, with two floors of 20,000+ sqft of floor space. The building will be mixed use with offices, common areas & residences.
I have specific requirements and details that must be included in the model. I can provide floor plans & elevations in ACAD format. Along with a materials list for the exterior veneer. While I need the outside to be pretty detailed, I will not need the interior to be as detailed. I will only need the interior laid out. You will not need to apply finishes.
I will be in need of the SketchUp model itself to work through with the client. Not just screen shots of views.
