I am searching for someone that can rig in Max

Humanoid character need to be rigged. It include standard body, a bit distorted legs, but with no need fingers on them. Hands with fingers. I would also need option for controlling mouth opening, eyes opening, eyebrows move. It have also tale. Maybe some hairs could be included in the rig. The model is not entirely ready, but Screenshot is available, so that you understand the scope of work.
