3d scanning

UK Based only please - I'm looking for someone with a 3D scanner to help scan items from a few mm up to approximately 160mm that will ultimately be 3D printed in resin. The scans will need to be in a format that can be manipulated with CAD as small changes will need to be made.
The attached file shows the largest item to be scanned and one of the smallest, ruler for scale.
