1:32nd scale model figure

I am looking for help in designing a relatively detailed set of 10 crew members for a B17 bomber in 1:32nd scale. I can provide all research materials and advice on what the figure needs to look like. Facial details will be minimal as figures will be wearing masks. I am in the process of building a highly detailed B17 to represent "Hell's Angel's". this will be for static educational displays for my living history group hence the search for these figures. Like stated in the heading these will be 1:32nd scale. I would like to mention I am trying to do this on a minimal budget as we are a small group that donates our own time and money to educate people on WW2 military history.
