retopologia rapida y sencilla de pez y peana

I need to retopologize a fish and a pedestal (or base). Very simple, it's just for a presentation. I need the work to be completed in 12 hours. I have the 3D model, which is in bad shape, that's why the retopology is needed. I will provide a reference image of the retopology required. I will deliver the 3D model. 12 hours maximum, please.
