3d residential plot plan

I am looking for a 3D residential plot plan for my property that will be 500-1000 square meters in size. I have a general idea of the features I'd like included, though am also open to suggestions from the designer. The level of detail I'm looking for is basic, consisting of an outline of the plot and buildings rather than including landscaping or interior details.
