3-d renders with landscape / multiple locations
Budget: $250 – $750 CAD
I am looking for a skilled 3D artist who can create visually stunning and realistic 3D renders of coastal landscape scenes. Although I don't have exact locations in mind, I have a general area that I would like to focus on. I am open to suggestions for specific locations that would look great in a 3D render.
The ideal candidate should have experience in creating high-poly (realistic) 3D renders that showcase intricate details such as the texture of the sand, the waves of the ocean, and the foliage of the surrounding trees.
Skills required for this project include proficiency in 3D modeling software, knowledge of lighting and shading techniques, and an eye for detail. The final deliverable should be in a format that allows for easy integration into a virtual environment or website.

Attached is an image of the actual unit and a 3d rendering of another version. That said, I am looking at doing a rendering of a less tricked out unit and I don't own the attached 3D (long story - investment partners). I need a new drawing of the V2 unit based on the following specs:
Dimensions :
Exterior: 9’L x 7’2″W x 7’5”H
Interior: 8’6″L x 6’11”W x 6’9”H
Door Opening: 6’10”W x 6’7”H
Interior to include a fold down table - basically a table top that is attached 3.5 feet off the ground with hinges - should be perforated metal.
A shredder with applicable containers for storage - use the attached 3d as reference & the wheels as attached (separate image) on the exterior.
Very similar to the attached with a few minor tweaks and changes
