renders from pencil drawings

I am looking for a skilled graphic designer who can create digital renders from pencil drawings. The level of detail required in the renders will range from basic outlines to detailed shading and textures, with a focus on realistic lighting and materials.
Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in graphic design software
- Strong understanding of shading, textures, lighting, and materials
- Ability to accurately translate pencil drawings into digital renders
- Experience in creating both color renders and renders enabled for animation
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
The project will involve rendering 1-3 pencil drawings, with the possibility of more projects in the future. The final renders should accurately represent the original drawings while enhancing them with digital techniques.
We need someone to take a rough pencil drawing then tuen that into a rendered image like in the second attachment.
