3d renderings and plans for a roof top terrace patio

Hello! I am looking for a talented individual to partner with me on a project involving 3d renderings and plans for a rooftop terrace patio. The primary service I am looking for is modeling exterior renderings of the proposed project. I do not have materials or color finishes specified, so I am open to suggestions from the bidder. Thankfully, I have some sketches and ideas in mind, which I can send to the freelancer, to aid in the visualization of what the completed piece should look like.
