3D rendering modeling for a supermarket

I am looking for a skilled 3D rendering modeler to create a realistic visual representation of a supermarket. The project requires the following:
Size and Layout: The supermarket is Mid-size, with an area around 2,000 sq Meter. The modeler should be able to accurately depict the size and layout of the supermarket.
Design and Theme: I have a specific design and theme in mind for the supermarket. The modeler should be able to incorporate my ideas and bring them to life in the 3D rendering.
Level of Detail: The 3D rendering should be highly detailed, including textures and lighting effects. It should accurately depict the interior of the supermarket, including product placement.
Skills and Experience: The ideal candidate should have experience in 3D rendering modeling, with a strong portfolio showcasing their ability to create realistic and highly detailed renderings. Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or 3ds Max is required.
Deadline: The project should be completed within a reasonable timeframe, to be discussed with the selected modeler.
