2D & 3D rendering of my house within vicinity to show conditions of the environment

not a rendering of a single property/building, but a series of drawings of vicinity and my property within it of changes being imposed on it from a neighbour, and in final drawing to show how they have to rectify the circumstances; using a satellite view (to give best relative scale), develop basic block 2d drawing of vicinity buildings with particular shading requirements, then covert to show the same blocks of relative height scale with same type of shading in 3D; purpose is to indicate the type of environment of the buildings by the shading; will be used to convey to others impacts of a neighbour's operations on my private residential property because words aren't working; I'm not a company, just a person needing help to express myself to others of totally different viewpoint, and opposed to my perspective and experience; its ok for me to work with you through email, or telephone; I have prepped rough drawings to give you an idea; probably autocad, or similar, can do the job; even a graphic app I would think (mine is too basic to have done a (semi)professional job to present to others in decision-making positions) - Thanks for your consideration; it would be lump-sum for project, with room for updates or refinements - like with titles, legend, dimensions, annotations, notes, etc. I look forward to hearing from anyone interested in this job, likely its under 3 hours of work I think; I'm in uptown Toronto, Canada area.
