3D rendering and elevation

i have 2d plan of a craftman house that i
want your work on;

I wish to convert it to high quality 3d Modelling and Rendering with
photorealistic 3d visualisations adding necessary attachment as a
professional.
1. (3) 3d rendering images for interiors(a bedroom,sitting room
and kitchen).
2. (2) exterior (front and back)adding necessary
attachment of your choice in modern styles..
3. Can you design the elevation plan of the
house too.?.

NOTE:
I have a private project consultant you are going to work with because
she is going to be the one to supervise the site throughout the
construction process,you wont need to be bothered about the
supervision. She also has the the cad,pdf file and other files which will
be sent to you as soon as you have your half payment received.

I will send the 2D floor plan to the successful bidder.
