3D rendering of STP file for a glass vape

Hi there,
I have attached a STP file for our product, as well as an example of what a rendered bar currently looks like (HITBAR-08).
I want the lighting on the bar to reflect more like the attached IVG Crystal Bar (2 attachments).
The main issue that we have with the render at the moment is the colour is much Black/Grey in the renders.
One important point is that we want to have a layered output so that we can edit the text on the bar and the colour of the bar.
