4k rendering 3D

I am looking for a skilled 3D artist who specializes in Architectural Rendering. I have specific examples and elements that I want to be included in the rendering, so attention to detail is important.

Each clip is 15 seconds long. 5 working days including the rounds of repairs
*Requirements:*
1. Each video should be realistic 3D in 4K quality that accurately describes the color and light intensity control technology.
. For each clip, we require the following
- The source file of the model.
- Animation - give life to the image of the switch
*Materials to be provided by us*:
- 3 different environments
- Pictures of switches and a picture of a cell phone screen - A script for each video on how to control the display and which colors should be displayed (the colors of the light)
