render 3d video of a Residence/Public Park or Appartment

I am looking for a skilled 3D video renderer to create a realistic video with a duration of 1-3 minutes. I am open to suggestions for scenes and objects to include in the video.
Skills and experience needed:

The working process would be
1. About budgeting, I need the approvement from my leader and budget approvement from the financial team (this step will take me hours).
2. About the concept, I would send you the description included theme, color palette and concept,... You can feedback and discus based on the script that i provided. So, You dunt have to change too much and we would have easier working flow. Then, we would have the same idea for the concept and you can start your job until I get the result of rendering products and source file (applied material and light for some rendered view).
