3d render for a room and a toilet

Need one realistic render each of a room and attached toilet in a stereoscopic (360 filed of view) format. Attached is the floor plan for the same. 3ds max and vray preferred, however really good output from other software is acceptable. I will be providing pictures explaining the kind of design required. Low budget so lower bids preferred.
