produce cad drawing of plastic part for 3d printing
Budget: £250 – £750 GBP
I am looking for a freelancer who can produce a CAD drawing of a plastic part for 3D printing. The complexity of the part is simple to moderate.
The part is the barrel of an insulin injection pen (photo attached), which I need copying and the dispensing end modifying to match the second pen part (photo also attached) which has a threaded spigot onto which the dispensing needle screws. This will serve to adapt a better pen for the refills that I use and I wish to get it printed in stainless steel since the plastic ones last about 1 month at most......
I will send you both items and the target pen a;long with an empty refill cartridge and clean needle so that you cn perhaps print one in plastic and make sure it all fits together before finalising the print file.
Requirements:
- Experience in CAD design and 3D modeling
- Proficiency in using CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD)
- Ability to accurately translate a physical part into a CAD drawing
- Skills in making minor modifications to the existing part
