3d printable bobblehead from pictured of a mascot

Enclosed are pictures of a bird mascot, I am looking for it to be turned into a printable mascot bobblehead. It needs to be 4 color printable. Should be delivered in 2 printable files each containing the 4 different printable colors to be printed on a 4 color multi material printer
