3D print lightweight plastic rods for spinning kite

I am looking for a freelancer to 3d print light weight plastic rods for a spinning kite. I need the rods to be exactly 13 1/4inch in length and exactly 3/32 of an inch in diameter. I need a total of 8 rods. I prefer that they be printed usingvthe lightest and most durable material, for its strength,, flexibility and affordability. The rods must be light-weight, with a high enough of a tensile strength to avoid breaking or warping during use.
