I need a plan for a house. You will will find the measures of the site where the house will be built in attachment (blue line in the document).
On the site, it will have one main house of about 130m² with 2 floors, on the ground floors the living room and open kitchen, one bedroom and one bathroom and toilet, and upstairs 2 bedrooms and one bathroom.
And 2 small house of about 50m² each with one bedroom, one bathroom and one living room with kitchen opened .
There will be a swmmming pool in the middle . Each hous will have a terrace with the view toward ocean (the view is at the bottom on the plan in attachment).
You will find some pictures of houses to get the style of the house that we like in attachments.
