plans for builder with several floorplans facades ect
Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 AUD
Basically, I need a couple of floorplan designs that I can reuse over and over with maybe 2 or 3 interchangeable facades. they need to easily swapped for drive orientations maybe I will also need some 3d images for marketing purposes and so on.
Please prepare a quote for preliminary drawings and elevations that I can use to get a contract signed and also for the complete working drawings for building permits later.
Remember these need to be built cheap so standard window size rooms ect plans approx 25 and 28 squares.
