3D plan wanted

I am looking for an experienced 3D designer to help me with a project. I need a 3D plan of a medium-sized property of 200 - 350 square meters. My budget is limited, so please consider that when submitting your proposal. The 3D plan must be an architectural plan. This project will require attention to detail and proficiency.
