3D picture creating
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
PLEASE READ DESCRIPTION VERY CAREFULLY
28 3D pictures are required for different projects ( around 9 projects , 2 to 3 pictures / project ) : Villas , Coffee bar , Hotel room , ,,,etc.
-Minimum area for project 12 SQM up to 80 SQM.
-Some Projects already implemented and now we need a 3D for them so we are talking about reverse design procedure.
-Some Projects already have 3D but we need to remake them in better level.
-Some Projects only we have a reference for them and we have to design and get inspired by references.
-Good design and a realistic of lightings , materials , scales ,... etc are mandatory and considered basics ! the main concern is about details which have to be taken into consideration very well.
-Work has to be done step by step start from modeling to final touches by photoshop parallel with me through a screen shots on daily basis.
-Timeline is ten to twelve days Max.
-Styles will be mixed but no complicated and difficult styles in the design are there , mainly modern , contemporary , Neo classic.
-Example has been attached for the minimum quality that we may approve.
