3d object assistance / 3d printing set-up

We have a 3d print project and need assistance in the file setup.
We have an object but it need to be adjusted.
What we're building: little risers. small obeject whcih should be hallow in the center. We're 3d printing the object so that it can be casted out of resin. We're using the 3d object as a mold - what we need to do it make a 3d object for the mold - so that the 3d object attached can be cast.
What we need: 3d object mold - to make the 3d object attached. there are 3 files.
We will 3d print the mold.
We have our files in obj. format.
We also have PDFs with exact dimensions.
The current file is not hallow inside - we can make the structure hallow in the base.
