a 3D nuclear reactor

I am looking to hire a freelancer to create a 3D reactor model (Boiling Water Reactor). I need the model to have a low level of detail and complexity, and it does not need to be animated. The purpose of this model is for educational purposes. I will require a high quality output that goes beyond my technical understanding.
