I need to tidy up this STL File that someone has sent me so i can print it

I am looking for a skilled 3D designer who can help me tidy up an STL file for printing. This is beyond my expertise, But I'm hoping someone knows some quick ways to do it. I need all of the edges tidied up/Smoothed, As well as any other random sections on it that can do with fixing.

I also have the file that's suited to Delftship if that's needed
