I need 2 of 3d terrain models for an Agritourism project DA on rural property in Tasmania.

Specific Requirements:
I need one solid model with smooth contour transitions based on 2m interpolated original contours layer and the other based on 2m interpolated modified contours layer plus a spoon drain layer. When I use a point cloud method to generate a terrain mesh I get stepped and uneven transitions between contours, which I don't want. I need your help because I don't have the level of skill needed to get an accurate 3d terrain model based on the file 3dm rhino file I have linked to.
