need a 3d stl model created

i need a model created to 3d print
what im looking for is something to hold 1mm gemstones
it will need to hold 20x20 with about a sheet or a couple sheets of paper between the stones
in that gap between stones i need it to be thin so i can snap part of it off like if i only need 12x16 stones if i need it bigger then i can print more and join them so i can adjust the size as needed i would like no more than .25mm between stones less if possible but there has to be that little tab to beak off individual stones for size adjustment

the pegs that stick up to hold the stones are not really needed but the holes are to let the light shine in from the bottom and are needed and would need a small bevel on them to help seat the stones
