I need someone to fix a broken character rig for Maya 2023

I have a character rig and when I move the whole character using its controller its teeth glitch out of its body and won't follow the character.

Also, his face controllers are scaled correctly but when I drag them to move his facial features I have to move my mouse quite a bit before anything moves.

I had someone scale the rig for me so please do not re-scale the rig. I just need his teeth to move with the character and I need the controllers for the face to work properly.
I need someone to fix this very quickly, in a matter of hours.
