I need a 3d scanning expert

I'm trying to find a way to get a prosthetic leg to an amputee who cannot afford one. I've heard that 3d printing of prosthetic limbs is more affordable. As a first step, I would need to get a 3d scan of her leg in order to get a perfect fit for the leg socket. I need someone in the new orleans area with portable 3d scanner to visit my friend and take the scan. If possible, I will also need help preparing the file for 3d printing as well.
