I need a prototyping expert for my concentrated wind turbine project.

I want to make a concentrated wind turbine of 35 cm diameter. The finished prototype would look like the one in the photo. For now, the base and other parts like the structures necessary make it aligning with the direction of the airflow isn't necessary. The basic purpose of this prototyping is to put it before table fan/stand fan just to test how it performs at specific airflow velocities. I am requesting for quotes from prototyping experts for making a prototype of this machine. At first, the machine will be built and the RPM need to measured at specific flowrates. Then a AC/DC dynamo can be fitted by means of a gear for generating electricity at necessary voltage/currect.
