I need a person to make me a false 3D set of legs

Please see the attached storyboard, and I need someone to make me the false bottom half of a body sitting in the Lotus position, as shown in the last frame on the storyboard, including the feet.
It will need to be lifesize so that our talent can stand behind the camera and look like his natural body.
