I need a 3d modeller

I have around 30+ ideas for some 3d models that I would like to have created. I would like a quote based on per model, but will need many models, and potentially an ongoing relationship with 100s to potentially 1000s of models in the end. I would need them to be made in high resolution in order to be printed on an 8k 3d printer. They should be able to be printed at 8" tall full scale resolution (but may be rescaled smaller at the time of print), and have a base. I have attached an image as a sample of what I am looking for. I would also need an MMR license for the figures so that I have the rights to sell/resell the printed models.
