I need a 3D modeler to change the position of 3D figures.

I am looking for a professional 3D modeler to help me change the position of selected low poly 3D figures and in some cases give more 3D depth to parts that are 2D to later be able to print them correctly on a resin 3D printer. The project requires someone who has experience in 3D modeling, knows how to apply physically-based material to figures, and is able to provide detailed project proposals outlining how they would approach this task.
