I need a 3d modeler

Nuka Cola bottle from the game Fallout 4. I'd like to have this bottle recreated so I can have a functional glass bottle made. Ideally, screenshots of the in-game bottle would be used as reference, and I'd like a real-life bottle cap to be the size reference/starting point (maybe even a glass Coca-Cola bottle, as well, for the lip and bottle neck, as the lip of the in-game bottle is covered by a cap that is not to scale of an actual bottle cap). I'd be putting actual caps on these bottles, so I'd like the lip shape to be accurate, allowing for full functionality. All I need is the bottle, not the cap. Also, if possible, I'd like the bottle to be hollow, with the walls to be roughly the same thickness as a real-life glass Coke bottle. This bottle should have smooth/rounded edges, nothing too sharp. Also, the 4 "fins" on all sides should be the only solid pieces of the bottle. No logo/graphics on the bottle please. I'll include an image for reference on the shape of this bottle. NOTE: The bottle in this image is inaccurate in shape/size, which is what I'm trying to solve with this project. Thanks to everyone willing to help!
